130 gFlour
1 teaspoonBaking Soda
50 gSugar
70 gButter
2Eggs
5bananas

Preheat overn 180c with a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

Bowl 1: 2cups/130g flour mix with teaspon baking soda and 1/4 teasppon of salt mix

Machine mixer bowl 2: 1/2 cup/ 120g (70g) butter (room temperateure) and 3/4cup 135 g brown suguar. (50white sugar)

Small bowl: mix 2 eggs well

Small bolw: smash 4/5 overripe banana (7small banana)

Add all together, pour the batter in the pan, bake for 60-65 minutes, rest 10 min in the oven or outside on the rack.
