Cut your chicken cheese or fish into the correct size

Crack the egg into a bowl and pour the breadceumbs and flour into seprate bowls.

Add your dired amount of caujun spice if you are using chicken

Put some oil and some butter into the pan on a medium to hight heat

Wait until it starts to sizzle

Then with the dry hand put the cut ingredient of your choice into the flower then still with the dry hand but it gently into the egg

Swith to your wet hand and wash it in egg and then put it into the bread crumbs

Then use your dry hand to cover it in breadcrumbs you do this because if you didnt you would bread crumb you hand🤣

Then once you have complsted a goujon place it into the pan place the smaller ones of the side and the larger ones in the middle

Wait until one side is golden brown and then flip and wait for the same time

Thennplate them up warm and serve thes delicious goujons to your family and friends
