Wash poha and drain water. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Add oil to pan. Let it hot. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let crackle. Add curry leaves and green chillies.

Add onion and saute adding salt until translucent. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt,sugar, coriander powder. Saute for 2 minutes. Add soaked poha.

Cook for 3 minutes. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
