Punjabi chicken curry

Marinate chicken adding salt, red chilli powder,, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, lemon juice, coriander powder. Keep aside for 45 minutes. Add oil to pan. Let it hot. Add bay leaves,red chillies, javitri, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cardamom. Saute well. Add chopped onion. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add ginger garlic paste. Cook well. Add marinated chicken. Cook using lid for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

Add chopped tomato. Cook for 3 minutes. Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder,salt, garam masala powder. Cook for 2 minutes. Add water. Cook for 10 minutes in low flame.

Add coriander leaves. Ready to serve.
