Ingredients

  • Forpuri
  • 2 cups maida
  • To tastesalt
  • 2 pinchesajwain /carom seeds
  • 2-3 tspoil
  • As neededoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add all ingredients of puri except oil for frying, mix well and make a tight dough.

  2. 2

    Make puri deep fry all puri in medium hot oil.

  3. 3

    Serve hot with sabzi of your choice.
