  • Lemon grass
  • Mint leave
  • Fresh ginger
  • cubesIce
  • Cocumber

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the zobo leaves and add to pot, add cloves, sugar and grounded ginger. Boil and drain. Allow to cool

  2. 2

    Blend the lemon grass and cocumber. Sieve and add to the drink

  3. 3

    Add the mint leaves and allow to infuse.

  4. 4

    Serve chill.
