In a kadhai heat up oil add cumin seeds.now add ginger garlic paste,mix it.add onion and green chilli.mix properly.cook for five minutes.add all the spices.mix well.add tomato puree.mix well.add boiled chane.mix well cook for five minutes.bring it to boil.our chane is ready.

For bhatura:- In a kadhai add maida,sooji,curd and oil.mix well. Now add sufficient water to make dough. Keep it aside for 1 hour.

Now in a kadhai add oil for frying.now take small ball size dough and roll it with the roller like small chapati.deep fry them.serve hot with chane.ready to serve.
