Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupBesan
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. to tasteRed chilli
  4. pinchSoda
  5. 1 pinchastofedia
  6. 1 litreButtermilk
  7. 2 cupWater
  8. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  9. 2Cloves
  10. 1 tspDried fenugreek
  11. 2whole chilli
  12. as neededOil for deep frying
  13. 1 tspcumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take half cup besan and add salt, red chilli acc to taste amd a pinch of soda

  2. 2

    Mix 1/4 cup water in besan and make a btter for pakoda

  3. 3

    Deep fry pakoda in hot oil

  4. 4

    In a bug vessel take buttermilk and add 1 cup besan into it

  5. 5

    Add salt, red chilli, clove into this and whisk or beat for a smooth liquid and cook on medium heat for 20-30 mins

  6. 6

    In a kadhai heat 4 tbsp oil and add methi, whole red chilli, turmeric, jeera and pour this hot tempering over cooked kadhi

  7. 7

    Mix fried pakodi in kadhi and keep for 10 mins

  8. 8

    Serve with roti, rice
