2 cupsThalipeeth Bhajani
10-12Mint Leaves
1/2 cupHot Oil
1/2 cupRoasted flatten Rice Powder
1 tspCumin Powder
1/4 tspBlack Pepper Powder
1/2 tspajwain or carom seeds
1 tspSesames Seed
1 tspCoriander Powder
1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
1 tspChilli Powder
1/4 tspBaking Soda
To tasteSalt as per taste
1/2Pan Oil to fry

Steps

Take all ingredients in bowl and mix hot oil in it, mix well add little water and knead the dough

Make chakli by using sancha and fry it in hot oil on medium flame.

Simple instant chakali is ready to serve. Remaining store it in airtight container. Thanks.
