Boil the cauliflower florets in salted water for 3-4 minutes

Then remove the florets from the water, rinse them well with tap water, squeeze all the excess water from the florets and then take them into a bowl & add all the above mentioned ingredients except the oil into the florets

Mix everything very well & then fry them into the hot oil

When they are golden brown remove them from the oil, drain the excess oil by using the absorbent paper towel & then serve them with the ketchup and chutney of your choice
