Make the samosa pockets, mix flour, water, oil and Salt. Divide them into balls and roll each ball adding oil while piling them on top of each other

Roll the end result into one large circle and heat it on a pan for a few seconds. Cut the desired shapes and make pockets binding them with paste
- 3
For the minced meat In a pot add the minced meat,onions or leaks then add the spices and tomato paste. Add filling in pockets and fry them
