Ingredients

  • 1 cupjeerakasala rice
  • 1 cupcoconut milk
  • 1Egg
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 cupwater
  • 1/4 cupPrawns
  • 1 cupOnion
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspcoconut oil
  • Fewcurry leaves
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak the jeerakasala rice for 4 hours.

  2. 2

    Prepare spicy prawn masala. Grind rice with coconut milk and egg. Prepare a very thin batter.

  3. 3

    Then pour into idli steamer and put spicy masala then cook for 20 minutes
