Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupbesan
  3. 1/2 cupbran
  4. 2 cupsmethi
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2 tbspchopped Green chilli
  7. 1/4 tsp mango powder
  8. as requiredWheat flour for dust
  9. as requiredOil for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add all ingredients mix well first then add little water one time and make a chapati dough rest it for 5 minutes

  2. 2

    Now roll balls out of the dough than roll chapatis and shallow fry them on medium to high flame serve hot.
