Boil Potatoes and peel off the skin. Mash them. Add all the masalas - black pepper powder,salt, garam masala powder. Mix everything.

Now prepare the dough. Mix Maida and water and carom seeds. As the dough gets ready, start preparation for parathe.

Obtain small balls out of the dough,roll the ball using rolling pin. Put 1 spoon of potato stuffing.

Fold it again. Now roll it on the board slowly. Make sure stuffing doesn't come out.

Boil oil in pan and fry them.

Now prepare the chutney. Blend tomato and chillies together. Then saute it on pan in low flame.
