Wash dry chana under running water till water run clear.soak them in enough water for overnight or 8-10 hour.make dry spice powder take bay leaves,black cardemom cloves,cinemon stick in a small pan dry roast dem on low medium flame for 2 min.

Now make a fine smooth powder of dry roasted masala when it will be cool.now chop onion,tomato,ginger,garlic,green chilli and make a smooth paste of it.

Heat oil into pan add cumin seeds and onion tomato puree,sprinkle some salt.cook it with lid.

When it Release it's oil add red chilli powder,turmaric powder,coriander powder,anardaana powder and prepared spice powder mix well.than add soaked checkpeas.

Mix it well.add 2.5 cup of water.cover it and cook it on pressure cooker cook it 20-25 min.on medium flame.it will keep whistling.turn off the gas let the pressure go down by itself add amchur powder mix it then add chopped coriander leaves.

Now it's ready to eat.serve it with rice or bhature.
