Steps

Boil the potatoes and grate them by grater.

In the grated potatoes, add chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, amchur powder, jeera powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala and mix well.

Take bowl mix all ingredients of dough and make dough with the help of water. Rest it for 10 mins.

Now take dough. Knead it again. Take a ball and flatten it. Dust it with the flour and roll it.

Spread the potatoes stuffing to all over the role. Then roll it gently.Roll it like a Swiss roll.

Take roll and place it horizontally on rolling board. Coat it with dry wheat flour and roll it with very light hand.

Roast the paratha on the heated flat pan. Flip it on the other side and apply butter. roast it on both the sides till golden spots appear. Similary make the other parathas.

Aloo Lachha Paratha is ready to serve.
