Ingredients

  • 250 gmschilled curd
  • 1 cupchilled milk or water
  • 2 tbsppowdered sugar
  • 1 tbspchopped nuts
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 1 tbspwhite butter (optional)
  • 2 tbspkhoya

Steps

  1. 1

    Take curd in a bowl. Chop nuts.

    Add sugar powder, cardamom powder, milk and butter to curd. Sugar can be increased reduced as per your taste.

    Churn and blend everything nicely.
