Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kg mutton
  2. 2Small onion finely chopped in slise
  3. 1Tomato finely chopped
  4. 1 tbsp jeera
  5. 1 tbsp shahi jeera
  6. 1Cinnamon sticks
  7. 3Bay leaf
  8. 3-4Black pepper
  9. 1Black cardamom
  10. 3Cardmom
  11. 2 TablespoonKashmiri chilli powder
  12. 4 TablespoonsMutton Korma masala
  13. 2 tablespooncoriander powder
  14. 3 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  15. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  16. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  17. To tasteSalt as taste
  18. Handfulcoriander leaves finely chopped
  19. Handfulmint leaves finely chopped
  20. 4Green chilli
  21. 1/2 Cupyogurt
  22. 1/2 cupOil
  23. Ghee / butter 4 Tablespoone

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil and ghee / butter in pressure cooker

  2. 2

    After oil and ghee / butter heat add onion and fry until is change colour nice golden

  3. 3

    Add all garam masala fry for a minute on low heat

  4. 4

    Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes

  5. 5

    Now add all powder masala and fry for a minute and add yogurt and tomato fry for 2 minutes adding with a salt

  6. 6

    Now add green chilli, coriander, and mint

  7. 7

    Now add mutton and cook for 10 minutes

  8. 8

    Now lock the pressure cooker and get 3-4 whistle on low flame

  9. 9

    After 3 - 4 whistle aur Shahi mutton Korma is reddy

  10. 10

    Now serve
