Clean wash mutton pieces, add curds,ginger garlic paste salt and dry spices to mutton,mix well keep aside.

Chop onions fine heat the oil in pot add the onions to fry saute 5 minutes,make a paste of cashews and poppyseeds keep handy

When rested for 10 minutes add the mutton marinade to the frying onions,add cashew paste,star nise and tej patta ie bay leaves cook on slow for 5 minutes as it leaves oil on sides now add 2glass water,Cook 15 minutes close and keep pressure.Remove in bowl serve hot
