Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.

Cream butter then add sugars. Mix in egg, one at a time, then mix in vanilla.

Stir in flour mix, then add in chocolate chips, coconut, toasted pecans, and rolled oats.

On parchment lined cookie sheet place 1/8 cup dolups of dough, then press into 1/2" thick disk with fork.

Bake 12-15 minutes until edges barely start to brown. These cookies over cook VERY easy, so you'll want to check often to get the right baking time for your oven.

Cool on a wire rack.
