First put estimated two to 3 glass water into cooler and add spinach bcuz we can drain extra water after boiling.add always salt to keep green

Now take 2 to 3 whistle and drain extra water.now add gram flour 1 tablespoon gram flour and blend it smooth

Now keep it to boil at very low flame.on the other side put some oil and roast onion

After making onion brown add tomato and add all the spices together.stir the tadka until it starts spreading oil now add chopped mushrooms

Add it to boiling spinach and stir for 4 to 5 minutes only.yummy healthy mushroom spinach is ready
