Wash chilli and sprouts.

Chop all vegetables.

In a pan add oil, cumin, mustard and asaefotida.

Once mustard crackles add onion, garlic, curry leaves and chopped green chillies.

Add some salt and cook until onions are pink.

Add sprouts.

Add all spices.

Mix thoroughly, sprinkle some water. Cover it and cook.

Top it with shredded beetroot and enjoy with khakhra.
