FOR MAKING BREAD PAKODA BATTER : In a broad mixing bowl add besan, carom seeds, chopped green chilies, onion, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder.

Now add water as required. Whisk to a smooth and fine batter without any lumps in it.

The batter shouldn't be very thick nor very thin. Should be in proper consistency so that bread can be dipped properly and besan batter is properly coated on bread.

FOR MAKING BREAD PAKODA : First of all cut the bread slices into triangle or in rectangle shape.

Take a karahi, add cooking oil for frying and heat it properly.

Dip each bread slices in batter and evenly coat it with batter (besan)

Now place the batter coated bread slices into the hot oil for frying. Fry between medium to high heat.

Bread pakoda to be fried until little golden.

When done take out the bread pakoda with perforated spoon and drain properly the excess oil as possible.

Place the bread pakoda on the kitchen paper so that excess oil is removed.

Repeat the same and make rest of the bread pakoda.

Can be served with chutney or sauce.
