Ingredients

  • 2 cupsall purpose flour
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1tspn baking soda
  • 1 teaspoonground ginger
  • 2tspn vanilla essence
  • 1 cupbuttermilk
  • 1/2 cupmelted Margarine
  • 1/2 cupBrown sugar
  • 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180degrees celcius

    Two mixing bowls,
    1 for dry ingredients another for wet ingredients

    I used a mixer for the wet ingredients.

    Used a wooden spoon for the dry ingredients

    Finally incorporate the flour into the wet ingredients bowl_dont overmix.

    Bake for 50 mins..
