Lightly whipped curd and add all ingredients in it except flours and oil, mix well.

Now mix both flour with oil and knead dough with prepared curd mixture. Prepare dough medium hard.

Now take lemon size dough and roll it, use dry wheat flour for rolling to avoid sticking. Do not roll very thin, keep it little thick like paratha.

Now on a preheated skillet, cook from both sides using oil.

Serve hot without or tea. It tastes yummy spreading thick ghee over cold dhebra.
