Knead dough,cover and keep aside.

Boil black gram sprouts in water for 5-7 minutes till blackgram are tender.Dry water if any.Transfer to a grinder and grind to a smooth texture.Add all the ingredients of filling.Mix well.

Take out a portion of dough,flat with the help of fingers,put filling on it,seal and roll to a paratha.

Meanwhile heat a griddle,cook paratha on medium heat.Fry on medium flame till golden.

Prepare all parathe in same way.serve with chutney/achar/ or raita of your choice.
