Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 400 gfresh spaghetti
  2. Good amount of olive oil
  3. Good amount of Parmesan
  4. Juice of a large lemon
  5. Chopped walnuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook pasta according to instructions. In a large bowl, put a good amount of olive oil, add the lemon juice

    Add Parmesan and mix with a fork

    When pasta is nearly cooked, add a ladle of pasta cooking water to the sauce. Drain pasta al dente and add to sauce. Mix well and serve with chopped walnuts and extra Parmesan 😊
