Into a large mixing bowl take rava, rice flour and refined flour (maida).Also add curd, ginger, green chilli, pepper, Cumin seeds, salt and water.mix well and let it rest about 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves and water and mix well and prepare a watery consistency batter.

Pour the dosa batter on the hot tawa. Drizzle some oil. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes or until the dosa turns golden and crisp.Take it off from the pan.

Crispy and delicious dosa is ready to serve. Serve with coconut chutney and sambar and enjoy.
