In one bowl add purple yam, besan, ajwain, coriander seeds, chopped coriander leaves, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder salt and mix it well.

Add water, baking soda and make pakoda batter, heat the oil for deep frying, drop a small amount of batter into hot oil, deep frying till crispy and golden

Drain on absorbent paper, Serve it in another plate, sprinkle chaat masala, purple yam(ratalu) ke pakode are ready to serve.
