Palak Poori With Chana

Take wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, ajwain mix then add palak puree mix and knead dough keep rest for half an hour.

Take a wok put oil then oil heat add garlic paste saute then add onion paste saute till golden brown then add ginger paste and tomato paste saute then add all spices mix then add boiled chana cook till masala mix.

Take a wok put oil for frying then oil heat make a dough balls for equal size then make a poori and fry in hot oil for both sides.

Then serve Palak poori with chana.
