Soak gram dal first meanwhile dry roast mogar moong dal till aromat smell releases. Now wash the roasted dal and pressure cook both the dal together in cooker.

Heat a pan and add ghee and dry fruits and coconut shallow fry till light brown remove in a plate.

In same pan add jaggery and water and boil it now mix cooked dal with jaggery and cook till thickens add coconut milk and stir till bubbling. Add dry fruits,coconut & elaichi powder and turn off gas.

Serve hot Healthy, Delicious Payasam in a bowl garnish with fried dry fruits and coconut slices.
