  1. 1

    Wash your oil palm (kwakwar manja) and drain. Grind your onion and pepper and garlic and keep aside.

  2. 2

    In a clean pot, pour little water, add your grinded garlic, pepper and onion inside and keep stirring.

  3. 3

    Add your spices and keep stirring. Cover the pot and Allow to cook for 15 mins.

  4. 4

    Your oil palm sauce (roman kwakwar manja) is ready to be served hot or cool.
