200 gmpoha
2onion finely chopped
4 tspmoongfali(peanuts)
as neededOil
1 tsprai(mustard seeds)
as neededSalt
to tasteRed chilli
1 tspturmeric powder

Steps

Firstly washed the poha and keep aside from for drain it.

Take a pan heat oil add rai,moongfali and onion cook it till them soft.

Now add all spices mix it well after 5 min add drained poha mix it well.

After 5 min switch off the flame.

Ready to serve.
