Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 1Egg
  2. 30 gramsGranulated sugar
  3. 10 grams○Skim milk powder
  4. 2 tbsp○Milk
  5. 1 tbsp○Vegetable oil
  6. 40 grams☆Cake flour
  7. 10 grams☆Almond flour (or cake flour)
  8. 1/2 tsp☆Baking powder
  9. 1few drops Vanilla extract (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Crack the egg into a bowl and add the sugar. Mix well until it turns pale.

    Add the ○ ingredients and mix until smooth and even. If you have it, add about 5 drops of vanilla essence.

    Sift the ☆ into the batter and mix well.

  4. 4

    Fill the baking molds with the batter. Bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ for 10 -15 minutes (mine took 13 minutes).

    Once baked, let cool in the mold. Once completely cooled, remove from the mold.
