Take a container add wheat flour, salt, oil mix it well by adding water make it soft dough keep it for 15 mins next take a container in that grate all veggies like carrot, cabbage, radish, beetroot.

Take a pan add oil heat it add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves,hing, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, chopped onion fry it well & by adding one by one grated veggies like carrot, radish, beetroot, chopped cabbage fry it well next add turmeric powder, Cumin coriander powder,salt, lemon juice, sugar mix it well fry nicely. Stuffing is ready.

Next step take a pan heat it another side take a dough and make a bowl little bit roll it & add stuffing close it & make a paratha like chapati. Fry it well by adding on heated pan. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
