Paneer methi mater malai healthy and rich creamy texture

Firstly take a methi leaves remove hard stems now properly wash and finally chopped it.

Now heat the frying pan with 1 tbsp butter then add onion saute becomes translucent then add tomatoes, green chilli, ginger, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, some salt stir and mix it properly then cover and cook for 5 mins until it becomes tender on lower flame.

Let's cool completely then transfer the blender jar now blend it make a fine paste keep it aside.

Now take a paneer cut into cubes size.

Now shallow fry it becomes nice brown in colour keep it aside.

Now heat the frying pan add 2 tbsp butter then add prepared paste stir it well on medium flame.

Now saute it 5 to 8 mins then add cream, fenugreek leaves, fried paneer, pea, meat masala powder, some salt mix it nicely on lower flame.

Now add as required water mix it well again cover and cook for 8 mins on lower flame.

Now reduce the flame it's ready to serve it.
