Mix suji and curd and add some water and keep aside for 2 hours.

Then cut all veggies.

Half veggies cut for batter (finely chopped) and half veggies for sandwich(in pieces/slices)

After 2 hours sooji gets fermented.

Then take sooji and mix finely chopped Vegetables, add little water, salt to taste.

Mix well batter is ready.

Then switch on your gas and use nonstick tawa.

Spread your batter with the help of spatula (spoon)in round shape.

Toss both sides until golden and crisp.

And put some oil on both sides.

Then cut uttapam in 8 piece(triangle shape)

Take one piece of uttapam spread ketch up on it and then take one slice/piece of all veggies, Sprinkle a pinch of salt and cover it another piece of uttapam

Uttapam sandwich is ready..

Do it same with all other pieces of uttapam and then spread little ketch up on it, sprinkle fresh coriander too

Now uttapam sandwich is ready to serve.
