Take a pan add ghee heat it add urad dal gram dal,mustard seed,Cumin seeds, kaju,curry leaves fry it nicely and add hing,ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste,rava fry it well upto turn brown. Switch off gas cool down the mix.

Take a container add mixture & salt, curd add water in curd mix it in rava keep it for 15 min. Next 1½cup curd with water mix it well. Next step take a idli plate apply Oil. Add mixture to it boil for 15 min. Serve it with chutney & sambar.
