2 piecessliced brinjal
1 tbspgram flour
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
to tasteSalt
100 gramsmustard oil for frying

Make a thicker batter with gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and water.

Heat oil in a kadhai.

Take one slice of brinjal and dip it into the thick batter and fry it until golden brown in colour.

Take out in a plate when done.

Serve hot.
