Take baby potatoes cut in halves dip in water.

Take a wok put mustard oil then oil smoked add potatoes pcs saute till golden brown then add green chilli and ginger saute.

Then add salt and turmeric then add sweetcorn kernel and methi mix and cook in low flame without cover.

When methi and potato cooks well off the flame

Then enjoy with parantha or roti.
