Wash all the ingredients

Chop onions,celery and leek

Brow the chicken bones in a sauce pan with some little vegetable oil

After browning add the onions,garlic, celery,carrots,leek bit by bit

Ensure all of them have browned well

Transfer them to adip bottomed pan and add your cold stock
- 7
Ensure the seasoning is well flavoured and colour is of delicate
- 8
Enjoy with your roast chicken
