    Peel your plantain and slice slantly long

  2. 2

    Heat the oil on fire then fry your plantain untill slightly golden then leave to cool down a little bit

    Get a bowl and start arranging your plantain by bending it at the bowl edge

    Lay the second layer on the first

    Insert toothpick to hold each side
