Stuffing: Heat pan, add 1 tsp oil, Cumin seeds, hing. After crackling add green peas and then spices in low flame for 5 mins. Cover with lid.

Open the lid. Sauté for 2 mins on high flame. Turn off the flame.

Let it cool down. Blend in a mixer. Mixture is ready to stuff.

For kachori: Make a bowl, add maida, wheat flour, suji, ghee, salt and water. Knead them properly. Add water as per requirement.

Make small balls, add the stuffing and make Puri.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Deep fry the puris.
