Ingredients

  • 1 bunchspinach chopped
  • 2potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 2onion sliced
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspcoriander seeds
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • as neededoil for frying
  • to tastered chilli powder
  • as neededwater to make pakoda's batter

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai heat oil for frying.in a big bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.add water to make batter.fry the pakoda's in the hot oil.fry till it crispy and golden brown.serve hot with chutney.
