Panko fried prawn butterfly

Wash and peel off shell from prawn and leave the small portion towards tail. Expose the vein. Using knief give prawn butterfly shape. Then add salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, venigar,black pepper powder to Prawn and marinate for 1/2 an hour.

In another bowl add flour, cornflour,salt,eggs and mix well. Adding water make thick batter.

Dip prawn to the batter and roll on bread crumbs. Heat oil and deep fry prawns.
