Ingredients

10 minutes
2 person
  • 1 piece Dry ginger (we can use dry ginger powder)
  • 2 tablespoons coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper corns
  • As per tastePalm sugar (we can replace with jaggery / honey)
  • 2 cups Water

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Dry roast the coriander seeds & black pepper, don't burn to brown colour. Let it cool down.Now use stone kottura kaal to break into small pieces or we can grind in a mixer grinder to coarse powder.

    Dry ginger we have to remove the dry skin with help of knife. It really takes time but worth.

    Take a pan add 2 cups of water, let it to boil add the crushed coriander seeds & pepper.When reduce to 1 cup add the dry ginger powder let it boil for a minute,switch off.

    Same way break the palm sugar & grind to fine powder & store it in airtight cointainer

  5. 5

    Filter in a tea cup add powder palm.Enjoy this healthy drink
