Pound the yams but don't make it smooth. Add in the blended mixture, seasonings and spice. Mix until well combine

Mould into balls and set aside. Whisk the eggs very well.

Heat oil until very hot. Then fry the balls by dipping each in the whisked eggs before putting it in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown

Strain and serve
