  9. Hara dahnia for garnish
  10. 1 cupdahi

  1. 1

    METHOD....
    Blinder ma dahi, payaz, baysan or 1 glass pani daal kar achi tarah se grind kar lay.

  2. 2

    Blend kia huwa mixer pan ma daal kar pakanay kay liye rakh daay or sath hi namak or haldi bhi dal daay or tariban half hour kay liye pakay.

  3. 3

    Half hour kay baad curry mixer thick hu gaya hu ga.

  4. 4

    Tu ak pan ma pakoray bana kar curry ma daal daay.

  5. 5

    Ab alag se pan ma oil daal kar garam kar lay, jab oil garam hu jaya tu sabut gol mirchay, zeerah or kuyti hui lal mirch daal kar karhi par Bhagaar daay daay.

  6. 6

    Serving bowl ma nikal kar hara dahnia or hari mirch se garnish kar kay serve karay.
