Cut your carrots, onion and tomato in to dice

Cut egg too,add in sardine and cube

Crush them all

Rub butter in your toast pan both sides

Place in bread,pour in the sauce and add another slice bread

Close it will cut the edges

Set on low heat till golden brown and turn the other side to do so

It's done......served hot
