Steps

Mix the chickpeas and sorghum flour in a bowl. Now mix all the remaining ingredients. Now add water as needed and prepare the batter.

Now take one patra. Clean with wet cloth. Chop Patra with the batter ones and take the smaller ones on it. And make roll
- 3
Now take the oil in a nonstick pan and put the roll in the pan and cover the pan. It requires 20-25 minutes to cook. Check after 5-10 minutes interval.

Drain in a plate and serve.
