Ingredients

  • 10 Patra
  • 2 cupchickpeas flour
  • 1/4 cupsorghum flour
  • 4 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoongreen chilli paste
  • 1 teaspoonsauf
  • 1 teaspoongroundnut powder
  • 1 teaspoonsesame seeds
  • 4 teaspoonjaggery
  • 4 teaspoontamarind pulp
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala
  • 1 teaspoondry coriander cumin powder
  • Pinchsoda bicarb
  • 2 teaspoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the chickpeas and sorghum flour in a bowl. Now mix all the remaining ingredients. Now add water as needed and prepare the batter.

  2. 2

    Now take one patra. Clean with wet cloth. Chop Patra with the batter ones and take the smaller ones on it. And make roll

  3. 3

    Now take the oil in a nonstick pan and put the roll in the pan and cover the pan. It requires 20-25 minutes to cook. Check after 5-10 minutes interval.

  4. 4

    Drain in a plate and serve.
